The tanned man with black hair who was at the front desk was lovely and very pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.
Not all of your staff were pleasant to deal with. There was one man with ginger-blonde hair who was always on his phone with earphones in. More pillows and sheets should be available in the cupboard. The lamp next to my bed did not work.
