Great location in central Madrid close to landmarks. Room was nice and clean. There was Ac, mini fridge and kettle to make tea or coffee

Great central location
Had to go up a steep set of stairs with our suitcases after having to go one at a time in the tiny elevator to get to the 4th floor where the Hostal Inn is located.

Well located just off Gran Via. Small Rooms, functional, clean but small and "compact". Ideal for a one to 2 night stay. Not ideal for a longer period. Relatively quiet for such a central location, however muted noise from other rooms and corridor could be heard. Friendly staff at reception (Spoke Spanish so cannot judge English capability). Stayed at beginning of Spanish Easter Weekend 2026. The price - in my opinion - was too much for the size of room, age and condition of facilities provided.
