The sraff were very friendly, there was daily housekeeping, the room was clean and in a very good area.
The room was very small but for the price ok. There was only a fan so it might get hot in the summer.

The location is great, close to the main attractions/restaurants/public transport around Gran Via and Sol but the place itself is very quiet. Very helpful and friendly staff, everything was clean. I could leave my suitcase for couple of hours after checkout (they store suitcases for up to 8h). Clear information. Good wifi. Safe. Good value for money.
My room was quite small and facing the patio so there very little light even on sunny day. One night there was someone snoring big time in the room next to mine, not much could be done about it. Except for snoring I didn't hear the neighbors.
