The location is excellent , so convenient. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Very pleasant comfortable room.
Only the huge tented protest outside which made it impossible to enjoy the square! No nothing not to like.

Location.
Would have been a perfect location had it not been the protest at the square when we stayed there.

Clean rooms, newly refurbished, great view of main area.
I left a pair of clothing in my room. Called them back to ask when I can pick it up because surely the cleaning crew would have reported it to lost and found. Their ‘cleaning crew’ said they didn’t find anything - in short - they threw it away or either took it. Horrible experience. Staff needs to be taken accountable. Mind you, those were expensive items.
