Brilliant boutique hotel. Absolutely perfect location in the heart of Madrid, just metres from the train station. Lovely welcome from friendly staff, comfortable bed, beautiful room (ours had a side view of the square from the balcony). Staff were super happy to fulfill requests from the pillow menu and the water pressure in the shower was great. A lovely hotel with a lovely story - feels like a piece of history (with very clean, modern rooms). Would definitely recommend!
No complaints. My only suggestion would be a card to let housekeeping know when you don't need your towels changed. We hung our towels on the hooks and new ones were still provided each day. Lovely and big and fluffy but might be better for the environment to offer the option to keep your towels. Just an idea - definitely not a negative.
