Location is great just in the middle of everything and with walkable distance to the main attractions, museums and park
The apartment is just 10m from the Plaza del Sol in pedestrian zone.
Room is comfortable safe and clean.
We did not like just a one thing. There were no facilities for making tea or coffee. Everything else was fine.

Clean and comfortable- great location
I didn’t like not keeping my room key and not having a key or code to access the building. The doorbell was always answered promptly and courteously BUT I felt like I was bothering people if I wanted to pop in and out regularly.

The Location right next to sol station.
The room is extremely small. The bed and pillow very hard. There are no facilities ( no safe in the room, no fridge even outside the room). There was an annoying sound that kept going out at night I think from the AC.
