The room was nicely decorated and had modern fixtures and fittings, plenty of plug sockets. The cleaners did an excellent job. The shutters were great for blocking the light and air conditioning good. The staff were really friendly and helpful and security was good.
The bathroom was very small and the bedroom was really only ok for one person, would describe the room I had as a small double, had very little space to put clothes and belongings. The staircase from the hotel to street level was very slippy so would recommend you always use the lift.

Everything was good. We loved the location, very close to the Puerta del Sol and transportation and many great restaurants. The service was excellent and very professional. Rafa at the front desk helped us every day and his service was exceptional, as was the service of his colleagues.
Everything was fine.

Amazing location
The room could have been a little bigger. The bed looked like a secondary bed
