Location was great. So central to everything. Could walk everywhere with so many options for eating and drinking.
Rooms including bathroom on the small size but expected in city centre hotel. Had to be a contortionist to reach toilet roll 😂

Perfect location, safe and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The bathroom is so tiny we brushed our teeth in the area outside the door. The shower had good pressure and was more roomy but the toilet/sink area was very small.

Location was excellent…right in the heart of Madrid.
There no one manning the place but they responded quickly by messaging. Also the elevator was a classics old style, we liked it, but it could be scary for some. On our first night we had complaint that the sheets looked a little worst for wear…clean but looked worn. So we asked it to be changed and it was done promptly the next day.

Fantastic location, right in the middle of things and within easy walking distance of all the attractions
Bathroom is laughably small. The kettle spews boiling water out of the spout as soon as it finishes boiling. No mugs in the room. Just 2 paper cups which were not renewed. No staff at any time.
