Very nice people working at check in at Hotel Lisboa. The cleaner at Hotel Prado was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was overlooking the street which was bright and quiet. Nice place to stay. Beds were perfect.

The reception staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and in a great location. If I come back to Madrid or if my friends go there, I will recommend this place.
