The room for one person is quite small but still comfortable enough for a single room, it was very close to Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol, the metro station is literally 5 minutes walking. The location is surrounded by bars and shops which can made your stay really comfortable. The staff was super nice ,kind and helpful!
It was missing amenities in the room (shampoo, conditioner,slippers etc. )

Location was perfect for our requirements ...staggering distance from the bars that we were frequenting. Also 2 minutes from our favourite square and 5 mins from Playa da Mayor square.
No view and could not open shutters so felt a little enclosed. No lift and we were on 4th floor.

Location was brilliant. For a short notice booking it was passable. It was certainly clean and tidy which is the main thing in a run down hotel.
Check in was painful. To be fair, I had only booked an hour or two earlier, when the plane landed, having realised I had forgotten to book a hotel, but when I got there it wasn't obvious where reception was (it was on the first floor) and when I found it, I had to wait for a long time while the man had an angry phone conversation with somebody else before finally showing me to the room.
