Everything was exactly how it should be. The curtains and the bed were really comfortable, which was great. Eight people in a room might sound like a lot, but the comfort and design of the room made it work well. Also a great location.
The hallway didn't always smell great. The doors kept scraping on the floor. The hooks in the bathroom weren't enough.

The hotel is located in a very nice zone, and the rooms are clean and well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable, the space was bigger than I imagined and the bathroom was very good.

A good deal of my experience is based on the roommates. They were kind, friendly and respectful.
The bed was comfy, and everything was clean when I got there. THe check in process was smooth but it was a wait since there were at least 10 people/groups ahead of me. Just be patient. Once you are with teh assistant, things go fast.
The location is perfect. I could't ask for more. Lots of stuff is within a walking distance, including important Metro stations. Th reception will help you with this, Just do your research before, and make sure you are on the right track asking at the reception.
The bed and room was all I needed for a three day visit to Madrid. I would saty there again.

Location was great, It was just a place to sleep.
It was just a place to sleep. The common area is dark and close, no space or availability for cooking (even basics). No salt or sugar at a hand.
