The location is excellent. So close to the heart of lively, vibrant places where you just can sit and enjoy the food of Spain. You can walk to the outstanding museums or the meeting points of many guided tours and walking tours.
The use of the well equipped kitchen area as well as the free coffee, tea, muffins and joghurt was a pleasant and welcome add on to this accommodation. A true gem!!

The location was central and the staff were lovely and eager to help. There was a little kitchen as you walked in, stocked with some breakfast goodies. And the beds were quite comfortable.
Even without asking, we got fresh towels every day and out beds were made.
The room was incredibly tiny. No room for privacy for 1 person to dress or dry off from shower unless you went into the toilet room.
The handle from the room's door came off In our hands. We were worried about being stuck in the room. No one to speak with in the evening to help with fixing it.
Because of how close each room is to each other, you need to always keep your voice down so as not to disturb the other guests.
There was no extra lock on your door to make you feel safer or even a peephole to look out and see if someone waas there.. no "do not disturb" sign.
All these things made us not want to return during tge day to rest a bit. Just not comfortable.
