The owner was very informative and kind. He referred many places that were excellent choices. The room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable. The shower water pressure was amazing and very hot water! It's a small bathroom but who needs a large one on vacation, it served its purpose completely! The owner thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable!
The location is excellent...right in the middle of the wonderful action and walkable to all the attractions, museums, ect.
The elevator is small ( the smallest I have ever seen) but at least there is an elevator, so no complaints at all.
Wonderful stay...wonderful place...wonderful owner....everything just wonderful. I will stay there again upon returning to Madrid. Wonderful city!

Location a short distance from Puerta Sol. Friendly, informative staff, particularly local eating places. Constable beds. Nearby easy access to Atocha station/Airport via metro. Basic, no frills, but ideal for economic short stay in Madrid.
Very compact bathroom. Toilet flushing, conversational noise from adjoining rooms could disturb light sleepers.
