The location is perfect and the beds are really comfortable. The shower is also good. Hotel has a lift.
Some members of the staff couldn’t understand English which i find frustrating when considering that they work in the tourism sector. As soon as you try to speak to them in English they would look visibly annoyed.
The room service was okay, however the towels were rarely replaced (even when left on the floor). You would find the same dirty towel neatly folded.

Location in really central, every corner of the city centre is reachable by foot.
It was very loudly in the room during the night because there are lot of restaurants in the area and it works till late night. Windows do not hold the sounds. Also all night long we could hear the water running through the pipes, non stop, 2 nights in a row (maybe it's a problem of an old building). Also you have to go to reception to get the hairdryer and to return it immediately after using.
