Staff, cleanliness, price
If you have a car, do not move here under any circumstances. There's no parking, not even nearby. We parked on a nearby street, and our car was towed because, as it turned out, parking there is prohibited. We paid a 170-euro parking fine simply because there's no decent parking space here.

Excellent location very friendly staff
No hot water and they said they could not fix it till Monday meaning I had three days with no hot water

Exceptional location right in the middle of Madrid. I walked out of the front door and there are multiple bars and cafes. Staff were great. Room was clean and warm. Excellent value for money. I will stay again.
Shared bathroom but that was ok.

so noisy guests in hallways at 4am shouting and playing music staff did nothing
