This place is in the heart of Puerta del Sol. You will be steps away from the “go to” spots. Expect crowds, though, everywhere you go. The good thing is that - despite the craziness of the area - the room is 90% sound proof, which allows you to sleep without the noise outside. It has the basics (mini fridge, small stovetop and mini sink), safe and small closet. Great A/C, hot water and the plus is that the price included breakfast (I know that’s factored in into the price, but is something less to think about). If you’re short on time and want to take advantage of being close to everything, then this is definitely the place. An important disclaimer is that there is one set of stairs to get to the elevator and then from the elevator to the room. Consider this carrying luggage, strollers of wheelchairs.

Great breakfast buffet offered in the restaurant downstairs. Besutiful selection and great coffee !
Room was very clean. AC was a minisplit and served the room well

Spent time trying to figure things out when it could have been communicated during the check in process. We liked the location but the room was dark and a bit musty.
