The need to leave the keys at the reception whenever you leave the place. No hairdryer. No shampoo and shower gel.

Perfect location right next to the heart of the city, walkable distance to all important tourist locations, pretty cheap for Madrid, most of the staff is friendly and helpful, quiet even though located on the main street
Beds were very uncomfortable, room cleaness is not so good, very loud ac external unit just outside our window was pretty annoying during the night

I loved the location , cleanliness especially the staff who were superbly good . But there is only one big downside …… the walls are paper thin and if someone snores all night behind your bed post ….. you’re dead the following day.
