Good location, small but nice room. The lady at check in was friendly and helpful.
Kind of a strange building. Lots of other uses mixed into this building. Works for a short stay.

The location is perfect, you are on Plaza del Sol and all bars and restaurants are only a couple of minutes from you by foot. This is my second time in the same accomodation and the room for 3 is quite big with a balcony. The staff is also really nice.

Excellent location.
The room is not for 4 as advertised. The 4th bed was a makeshift arrangement kept in front of the kitchen counter.
Wi-Fi was very bad with extremely slow speed & very poor signal strength. We ended up not using it.
Check-in is in a different building - you need to go there to collect the key cards.
No kettle for hot water of coffee machine.
The elevator is for 1 person at a time.
