Location. Liked the stairwell. Room was quiet. Good shower. Comfortable firm bed. Warm. Staff were helpful.
It was very basic and functional- a bit grim really.

Cleanliness. Fresh towels every day!
Location is great, right in the Gran Via.
Staff was very helpful, we were able to leave our bags before checking in and after checking out.
Overall, amazing value!
Bathroom is a bit small.
Blinds cannot be fully closed because the AC unit is blocking them (we didn't need the AC, but if you do, it will be 5€/night).
Area is a bit noisy, but not really the Hostel's fault. Noise isolation is not bad but not amazing either, though.
Not really sure why, but we had to give/take the room's access card everytime we left the Hostel. The reception was open 24/7 though.

Great comfy bed,room was cleaned daily, staff all friendly and a brilliant location.
No wifi in room and had to go outside in the morning for a hot drink.
