The hotel has excellent customer service and an unbeatable location right in the heart of the city. The only downside is that the building entrance and elevator can be a bit frustrating.

I was pleasantly surprised at how BEAUTIFUL the facility was only because it is located in a building that has multiple businesses and hotels. So, please do not be discouraged when you arrive! Prime location, walkable to anywhere on the Gran Via. I loved my room, which was huge and had lots of gifts - water, snacks, etc. The staff that was onsite was extremely helpful and kind. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful clean newly renovated rooms. The staff was extremely helpful. The location is excellent to enjoy the city center. I really enjoyed my stay with them.
