Great location, very nice and helpful reception. There are many food places, restaurants and bars around. The bathroom is a bit small, but there is another restroom in the hall.

Great central location , clean and very helpful 24/7 reception.
Choose the room as it had balcony but had an ongoing renovation with scaffolding around the building. No kettle in the room but had a coffee machine at the reception to use.

We had a pleasant five-night stay at Guest House Exitio En Madrid, during 21-26 February. Located right on Gran Vía, most major tourist attractions are within easy walking distance of this Guest House. Our room was spacious for three people and had two small balconies. There was some ongoing renovation work in the building which limited the open views of Gran Vía, but it didn’t take away from our overall comfort. We especially liked the tea and coffee vending machine offering complimentary beverage which is a thoughtful touch. The 24×7 staff were extremely helpful and supportive throughout our stay.
Overall, it offered great value for money, and we would happily choose to stay here again.
