The location was central making it easy to walk around the shopping area or get a ride at the taxi stand across the street. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was a good comfortable size, with toiletries in a good sized bathroom. There are many places to eat nearby, and an El Corte Ingles and Carrefour within walking distance.
Small conveniences like having an electric kettle in the room was not available, or had to be rented at an extra charge. But it wasn't a big deal.

The hotel has been renovated since my last stay. It it very well located, rooms nice and clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant is nice and buffet breakfast is excellent. Walking distance from Plaza del Sol, Plaza Mayor and the Metro, many nice stores nearby. Love the place!

The hotel location was great. It had parking which we required. The breakfast selection was quite good.
The room had no tissues. There was no tea or coffee in the room. There was no drinking water in the room
