פשוט תענוג רצוף, אוכל טוב, חדרים מעולים וצוות קשוב, בהחלט אחזור

ארוחת בוקר טעימה, יש מכונת קפה, מיץ תפוזים, מקושקשת, נקניקים, יוגורט, מלא סוגי לחמניות, פירות, מיץ מאצ׳ה, יוגורט ומוזלי, יש את כל סוגי החלב שזה הפתיע לטובה, יש טלוויזיה בחדר אוכל, הוא דיי קטן אבל תמיד ממלאים, הגענו תמיד אחרונות והיה בשפע. לקחנו חדר עם מרפסת קיבלנו חדר גדול עם מרפסת בגודל כל החדר, יש מיטות שיזוף ופינת ישיבה קטנה. נוף מושלם המלון ברחוב אורטלזה, אין חניות באיזור אך אין צורך, קרוב להרבה מתחנות המטרו, 10 שניות הליכה מהרחוב הראשי גראן ויה, קרוב לכל רחובות השופינג והאוכל, דקה הליכה מסטארבאקס וליד המלון יש בית מרקחת. מיקום נגיש מאוד ונוח. הפקידות בקבלה נחמדות מאוד, הגענו לפני שעת קבלת החדר הן שמרו לנו על המזוודות, בצ׳ק אאוט הן תפסו לנו מונית לשדה. ממש ממליצה על המלון הזה נהניתי בטירוף, אחלה של ניקיון, כל יום משאירים ערכות קטנות במקלחת של סכין גילוח, כובע רחצה, מברשת ומשחת שיניים, כוסות קפה. יש מקרר קטן בחדר שמלא בקולה רגילה וזירו, מים בקרטון וחלב. חוויה ותענוג ובהחלט תמורה למחיר.

החדר אוכל ממוקם בקומה התחתונה ליד שירותים, יש צורך לרדת במדרגות אין גישה למעלית. לא יודעת מה אנשים בכיסא גלגלים יעשו אבל לא נגיש. מעלית מיושנת של פעם עם דלת כניסה שצריך לפתוח ולסגור. לפעמים בערבים הדלת כניסה נעולה ואפשר לפתוח עם הכרטיס של החדר, לנו לא נפתח אבל תמיד יש מישהו בקבלה אז פתח לנו. מעבר לזה שום תלונה.

Great Value, Super Cute Stay

The hotel is really cute. Many fun small details have been planned well. I especially like the towels with the writing "This is a Towel", and the notepad with the writing "Almost a blank sheet of paper." We stayed here during our honeymoon and received a note and champagne which was a nice touch and much appreciated. The location is amazing right off the Gran Via and is a great value for money. The lobby is a coffee shop-type space which is cool and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are small but very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The elevator was out of service when we checked out so we had to carry everything down the stairs.

Disappointing

Not much went well. The rooms are extremely small and the floors squeak when walking on them. The first night at 4am we heard dripping sounds and after investigating water was leaking through the ceiling in our bathroom. They did move us to another room. Then on our second to last day, the elevator broke and wasn't repaired for a four to six hours and we had to walk the staircase for six floors.

The breakfast place was dingy being downstairs in the basement and not overly clean. The photos did not properly convey the condition of the hotel. Wouldn't stay there again.

a lovely hotel in a lovely city, wouldn’t mind visiting again

The hotel has an ideal location to walk around Madrid. the room was large, airy and light, the staff were friendly, competent and efficient. the breakfast was very good. everything worked like it should.

a coffee machine in the room would have been nice, but it’s easy enough to get a coffee from the bar next door for €1.50

Great stay in a great location

We had a wonderful stay at this excellent location - walking distance to plazas, museums, and more. Room was spacious and clean, and surprisingly quiet (despite facing the street). Reception staff was kind and helpful!

Great location, very clean, comfortable bed. No tea/coffee making facility in room and tiny minibar

Very clean, nice clean towels and bed sheets lovely and white and clean. Room cleaned every day to a good standard. Lift is quaint and functional and added some charm. Location is excellent, right in the middle of Madrid, next to the Casino if you're into that. Good hot shower with great water pressure (we have found on our travels so far that water pressure is low in Europe compared to Australia and we were pleasantly surprised how good it was at the hotel).

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the minibar/fridge was tiny. The reception is a little unusual in that it is in the middle of an internet cafe full of students with their laptops but it worked okay. Only real issue we had was toilet was broken when we arrived in the room. The long flush button was broken and you had to hold the short flush in to flush the toilet. I reported this to reception and the lady that answered said thank you for reporting it and that she'd get their maintenance people to repair it the next day. This was not done and the toilet remained broken during our entire stay.

Faultless - wonderful experience

Very clean. Nice sized room. Hotel itself in great (perfect) position. Staff amazing; Laura on reception was super helpful and nice to talk to (recommended us some brilliant restaurants). They also sent my girlfriend a birthday card and put a cookie in the room which was a lovely touch.

Absolutely nothing. We would go back to the hotel if we visit Madrid again.

The wall between me and the next room was quite thin so I could hear my neighbours. Fortunately they only got up early one morning out of four.
