Our stay at NH Collection Madrid Suecia was pleasant. Everything was fine, the room was comfortable, and the service was good. The location was convenient, and overall we had a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Going to the reception desk was inconvenient, I’m senior and had knee replacement and stairs was not comfortable for in my situation

This isn't a 5-star hotel; the price doesn't match the service. Upon check-in, I was put in a room no more than 9 square meters. I couldn't open the closet drawers because the doors were pressed against the bed and wouldn't open all the way. I had to argue for a long time to get moved to a normal room. The breakfasts were terrible. Overall, this is the worst 5-star hotel I've ever stayed in.
