Location, Rooms were large
Front staff was not very helpful. The lighting in the room was not very good, the A/C did not work very well so the room was very warm and pillows on bed were small.

Central located with gym, big bathroom
Room felt like basement because just one small window, staff not unfriendly but not very friendly I expect more of a 4 star place, no body lotion

Design of the place was very nice relaxing clean feeling of a vip the cleaning service was also exceptional and the stuff members were very kind will definitely look to book here again if I return to Madrid
Maybe the pool isn’t positioned in the best place as the sun covers it at a certain time also I think a great idea would be to include an iron , slippers and robes

Great location. Nice rooftop terrace but I never saw the bar open and there didn’t seem to be a bathroom. The outdoor pool was tiny and the area not particularly pleasant
I just felt it was not a 4 star hotel. Very underwhelming. The reception area and the room decor felt more like a UK budget brand hotel. No free bottles of water, no robes or slippers, no body lotion. Cheap coffee and only 1 sachet of caf 1 decaf and 2 small milk for a room for 2. I’ve stayed at hotel next door before, also 4 star but much more comfortable/ luxurious and more like 4 star
