Great location near Prado, Reina Sofía, and botanical gardens.
Stairs from street to front desk can be a challenge with luggage, but you can request help.

The hotel staff were super friendly and welcoming, they gave us recommendations for dining, and the room was perfect. Shower was like a spa and the bed was so comfortable! The location was also perfect for exploring Madrid on foot and getting to the major art museums. 10/10 stay!
