Location is great! You’re a short walk to the Atocha train station El Prado Museum and other highlights. The bar staff is awesome! Phillip remembered what we drank and had it ready without asking. Cesar was super hospitable always. He remembered our names and room number and was very informative about where to go and what to see. Jazmine at the front desk helped us greatly with restaurant reservations and transportation always with a smile. Camilla in the restaurant was a joy. She knew every detail of every dish and wine list. Ordering food with her was a breeze, timely and provided great service. These 4 employees are keepers and made our stay enjoyable!
The AC system is horrible. Regardless of what the temperature is, a guest should have the option of choosing their room temperature. I complained twice and was given the run around about energy conservation 🤨 For what I paid, I expect full temperature service at a Radisson. This was really disappointing. Cocktails should be available all day not just after 6 pm. Consider adding a rooftop bar or an outdoor area for smokers. Need better lighting in the room and hallways. Your cold breakfast is too expensive.

Szép szálloda, tágas hall, szép loddy és bár. Remek dizájn, szép szobák, jó kilátás, kiváló elhelyezkedés főleg baráti társaságoknak akik bulizni szeretnének. séta távolságra van sok látnivaló.
A recepciósok rugalmatlanok, ráadásul akkor kezdett ott egy új lány, aki azt sem tudta megoldani, hogy külön szeretnénk fizetni. Azt sem tudta a recepció, hogy e-mailben korábban miben állapodtunk meg, újra elölről kellett mindent elmagyarázni. Ez baj. A 3 recepciós pultból csak 1 működött, a többiek ránk sem néztek, pedig már nagy volt a sor. Időben foglaltunk, mégsem sikerült azt a kérést figyelembe venni, hogy egymáshoz közeli szobákat szeretnénk.

The design of the hotel is good. Unfortunately there are few staff to care with guests.

Thanks to Gaston, it was good to see someone who knows how to handle customer expectation.
First of all hotel is big and crowded, unfortunately there is not enough amount of staff for at restaurant, reception and for house keeping.
Reception staff was not capable to manage and their knowledge was not adequate. Check-in experience was total disappointment and it took more than 2 hours.
Although I have sent 3 e-mail to confirm our room preference, they did not read and reply. Then during the check in, they gave us keys for occupied room. Thanks god, room was empty but luggages of other guests were there. They did same thing for few more people too. Then reception staff gave us a standard room, although we paid for superior room. When i request change, compensation or any other solution, They insisted and tried to convince us to stay in that room, although I especially imply that I want a solution. They made us wait for 1 hour in front of the desk. Thanks to operation manager Gaston, he explained the situation and compensate our extra pay for superior room, so we moved to standard room.
Rooms are very dirty, they did not clean the room, they only fix bed, towels thats all. There was dust everywhere. Air-conditioner were not cooling. They did not change sheet even on the 3rd night. There were dirty on sheets.
There are a lot of options for breakfast. But staff was not enough in terms of quantity. They cant even refresh buffet, clean table and prepare service tools such as mugs, plates, forks and knifes.

Hotel's location is perfect. It is close to every place you would like to visit. Museums, popular spots, train station, city park, all within walking distance. Even though it is in a central location, rooms are very quiet. Bed is extremely comfortable. Bathroom, and in general the room, was spacious. And breakfasts are to die for.
Unlike bath towels, we are given one hand towel almost everyday. So I had to call the reception to ask for one more :)

Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal, Zimmer Ausstattung top, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Guter Föhn wie zuhause und sogar einen Steamer zum Kleidung glätten auf dem Zimmer. Alles sehr sauber und modern. So gut wie keine Geräusche vom Gang oder aus den anderen Zimmern.
Beleuchtung im Badezimmer ist etwas dunkel aber das ist wirklich Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Quite pleasant hotel in a prime location! All the assets are perfect and bearing in mind the ratio quality/price, it’s undoubtedly one of the best options at the Spanish capital!
The only drawback that I have to mention is the lack of restitution of the facial tissues concerning to personal hygiene.

Un séminaire qui prenait toute la place ... en 6 jours impossible de diner au restaurant et la salle pour les petits déjeuners bien trop petite pour le nombre de chambres . Le son de la musique excessive devant les ascenseurs ... et le vendredi soir , peut être fin du séminaire , on aurait cru que l'entrée de l'hôtel était transformée en discothèque ....

It’s over rated and not clean it shouldn’t have a 4 star rating. The rooms are small and not clean. They don’t clean everything in a daily basis (They change the bed sheets and that’s it ). They don’t put a bottle of water. The hospitality is so bad. They close the reception at 10pm. The restaurant is closed on the weekends. Why it has a 4 star rating.

The concept wasn't to our taste. We wanted a restful environment and found the bold use of black & red, the artwork and volume of background music in the public areas not relaxing

First of all the room was too hot and there was no a/c as i was told your not allowed to have temp lower than 19 degrees, my son gets rash with heat and i explained this to reception, i paid for this hotel amd it was advertised with a/c
The telephone was falling apart then my tv wasnt working a worker came to my room and told me he would come straight back to fix it and never returned.
Then when somebady came i was told by reception that the reason my tv wasnt working was because the hotels internet was down.
They moved me to another room where the tv worked but again still too hot we had to leave the window open all night.
Breakfast was really basic not much to choos from.

Really nice bright room. Loved the decor. Some of the staff are extremely nice and professional. Spacious bathroom. Terrace facing south so I could see the sun for most of the day.
I had an incident where I was disturbed by a party going on until 1AM on the rooftop which was situated just above my room. The staff didn’t my complaint seriously. I called reception 3 times and had someone picking up and leaving the phone on the side instead of talking to me (I heard lobby music). Once I got down to reception, the receptionist made jokes when I was visibly upset and told me “it’s Madrid” and that “it was a private party”, clearly prioritising the money making capacity of the hotel over the comfort of paying guests. I have since written to the property on booking twice. I’ve received no reply except a daily “we have you’ve had a blast. Leave us a review!” So here we are.
The bar is understaffed. Sometimes there’s no one there at all and it takes 10 minutes and a prompt to get a coffee.
I loved having a terrace but the door is not quite tall enough and the edge dark and unmarked, which led to me hitting my head on it 3 times.
The room was too hot and there wasn’t an appropriate way to regulate temperature. There’s a heating in the bathroom which you can’t turn off. The mirror is heated too. It comes on with the light and you also can’t turn it off unless you turn off the light.
The staff knocked on my door despite me having a Do Not Disturb sign displayed, unaware that I had booked a late checkout the day before.

Hacia un poco de frío en la habitación y en el desayuno. Los precios del bar son desproporcionados. La cena en Bokata fue una decepción y el servicio muy justo. Comimos en Basque y solo la calidad de la comida se salva...., el resto un auténtico desastre, servicio, espera, pedir la nota, y el precio de las bebidas una auténtica estafa. Una Coca cola pequeña 8 euros... un agua de medio litro 8 euros... y estamos esperando que me envíen la factura por correo electrónico porque no les funcionaba el tpv... para no volver

The room was perfect and the staff was amazing. The location is exactly what anyone would need to explore the most important parts of Madrid in one day. There’s a Halal shop right across the street and a fantastic Italian restaurant within 20 meters. Highly recommended.
They don’t offer a free car parking, you can use their parking however it comes with 28 euros a day and you don’t get any discount for being a guest there.

Reservamos una habitación superior con terraza.llegamos y nos dijeron que no estaba disponible.nos ofrecieron una suite , todo engañoso, estaba en la planta baja al lado de la discoteca. Imposible dormir. Pedimos hablar con el encargado, no se prestó. Mala gestión por parte de las reservas y el trato prestado. La bañera tb estaba averiada.

I stay at your hotel for 12 nights and i asked for a room with balcony. The first room i get i was looking into a wall. I went down to the receptions and asked for a better room, preferable with a view and a balcony due to my long stay.

Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji, obok publiczne parkingi (płatne). Uprzejmy personel, czysto, na miejscu restauracja i bar. Dobre wifi. Bardzo pozytywny stosunek do zwierząt. Jedyny hotel na naszej trasie, który pozwolił psu wejść do restauracii.
Pokoje bardzo ciasne. Wybraliśmy pokój z tarasem, ale ciężko było wyjść na taras, bo drzwi nachodzą na stolik, ciężko je otworzyc. Podłoga w brodziku bardzo niebezpiecznie śliska. Cena pokoj nieco za wysoka do jakosci.
