Everything about the stay was exceptional. The hotel is beautifully restored, with elegant interiors that blend classic grandeur with modern comfort. What truly sets it apart is the level of service—the staff remembered my name and greeted me personally throughout the hotel, making me feel genuinely welcomed. Every interaction was warm, attentive, and professional. The rooms were luxurious, the housekeeping impeccable, the breakfast outstanding, and the location is perfect for exploring Madrid on foot. It was an unforgettable experience.

The service was good, the staff were very kind.
The pictures don’t represent the rooms accurately which me and my partner thought was very tiny. We also had a view facing the wall which was not what I requested. And I booked a deluxe room that was very expensive.
