Staff are amazing, especially the concierge team! Just perfection! I can see they love what the do and it’s a pleasure to be around them.
I requested the same room I stayed in last year and the accommodated my request, it was like coming home also recognised a lot of the staff fr last year which was also lovely.
The blueberry pastry was out of this world yummy!

Nice location
The staff is not the most efficient. We scheduled to have a porter to come at 11 am to pick up the luggages. No body turn up and be called again no response we had to take our bags downstairs. There was a large queue in front of us and staff was not very efficient with dealing with the clients which delayed our checkout.
