There were so many things to like! The staff are some of the most exceptionally welcoming and knowledgeable I have ever encountered. Specifically, they anticipated my questions at check-in, remembered me when I came and went, and seemed pleased to be of service. The facilities are truly exceptional and comfortable. Breakfast was a dream. Honestly, I could ramble but I would stay at the Gran Ingles again in a heartbeat.
There is nothing that I did not like.

This is the oldest luxury hotel in the city but everything was updated. Our room was well appointed and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Location was great to everything we wanted. Puerta del Sol, etc. It was very nice, the check in was very easy and everyone of the staff was very attentive.
Not being told there was construction going on directly across the small street from my room's windows. The room size could have been a bit larger.
