Double room

Great location, walking distance from everything, metro station close by, friendly staff, easy check in. The room was very clean, spacious with the very confortable bed, the shower had a good water pressure. Unexpected and happy surprise(donuts and water) on the door in the morning was a real treat.Thank you!

Nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect.

Fantastico!

Abbiamo dormito nella suite, tutto perfetto. Ci hanno consegnato la colazione davanti la porta! Fantastico! Caffè e bibite a disposizione a qualsiasi ora. Personale cordiale. Hotel pulito ovunque. La posizione è super! A due passi da piazza Major.

Se devo proprio dire qualcosa, mancano delle tende sulla finestra che dà sulla meraviglioso terrazzino della suite.

Superb

Location was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable. We really liked the free snacks and coffee machine, just makes this hotel stand out above the rest. They also left a few cookies and water on our door in the morning. The staff was very nice.

Would have liked a blanket or any covers besides just one sheet. The keypad was a little hard to see, and having to memorize a code was a little less fun than just carrying a plastic key card around.

Great location and nice stay if on a budget like we were

Room was in a fantastic location, right on one of the main squares of Madrid and in the middle of the city. Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful.

Music played very loud from early in the morning, most first morning we were up early so didn’t bother us but second morning it woke us and played from 7am until we left at 10. Beds weren’t that comfortable, 2 single beds pushed together.

Everything was great hotel is super clean, reception staff are wonderful they receive you with a smile and always helpful, location of the hotel in the heart of Madrid at the entrance to Plaza Mayor. Easy access to public transportation. I ghostly recommend the hotel and i will stay there on my next visit.

Everything was perfect! Best location to everything!

Front desk workers very nice and helpful . Loved the treat bags they left every morning! Perfect location! Our rooms were the best view!

It was a great experience!

The location was great and as well as the staff, room size, cleanliness. Also, we have got a small bag of breakfast that was hung up on our door each day which was very thoughtful. We really enjoyed this hotel and highly recommend it.

Lovely place in the city centre

Great location, close to Plaza Mayor but not in the middle of the biggest tourist rush. Lovely packages with snacks every morning, access to coffee and snacks all day long. Huge bed.

If I really need to find something then an extremely small elevator that doesn't go down to the snack corner. Noisy air-conditioning.

Excellent location!

The location is next to Plaza Mayor and Sol. Walking distance to many other attractions. The staff was very nice. Room was perfectly clean. They have a Coffee corner in the basement which is very cool. It's open 24 hrs and you can have coffee, water, fruits, biscuits and juices for free. We didn't book for breakfast but everyday morning they kept crossiant and some other snacks along with two water bottles at the door which is a wonderful gester.

Don't have any except to mention that if you are carrying heavy laggaues be mind that there are few steps to climb up or down after elevator depends on the floor

Rude reception people - avoid!

The cleaning staff was nice and polite.

I had a horrible experience with the person at the reception named Marina. She was extremely rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. I would advise not to stay at this hotel based on what she put me through. What could have been an otherwise enjoyable experience turned into something traumatic. I understand that there is a time to check-out, and if a person is say 10 minutes late, there could be a penalty. However, to keep calling the room with no interruption and talk to a guest rudely for just being about 10 minutes late to me is incomprehensible. It is just harassment especially if I am already being charged a late check-out fee! I am a paying guest, who had been staying in the hotel for 4 nights and this is not a favor that the hotel was doing for me. That was quite disgusting what happened. Please save yourself the trouble, and go spend your money somewhere else where you will be treated with respect.

Great place, great staff in a wonderful location.

Really central location close to all of the attractions. The staff were so welcoming and pleasant. Brenda on reception was the standout for us, always asking how your day was going and was happy to give advice and tips.

This hotel deserve higher stars rating🙂

Staff the most important- friendly , knowledgeable and willing to help always. Bravo: Gabriella, Marina, Vicki and also helpful cleaning ladies( sorry if I miss other names). Location great , and free coffee, fruits and access to microwave- great bonus

nothing except I hope fridge will work in the future, but it wasn’t big issue for me as wasn’t hot weather.

Amazing stay!

We had the room with the terrace, the room on the highest level and it was amazing! The views were incredible! The room was very spacious and clean and location was right next to the plaza. Our little breakfast bags every morning were also very lovely.

Exceptional

Exceptionally clean room, attentive staff, great location - just few steps to Plaza Mayor. A coffee room where we could help ourselves to coffee, tea, fruit or cookies for free. Also, every morning they left us puff pastry and packs of water in a paper bag attached to the door handle. It was a very nice gesture indeed.
