Location. Can’t beat it. Quick walk to Plaza Mayor, next to the train. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
First room had some critters running around the floor. Quickly went to the front desk and the nice girl there promptly responded to my request to be moved to another room. The attendant was EXCELLENT. She even went up the new room with me to verify everything was ok. New room was ok, but no hot water in shower.

The property is ideally located, just a 2-minute walk from the city center, with great restaurants and markets nearby.
Our room was spacious and bright, with plenty of windows overlooking a small plaza.
The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the reception staff were very helpful, especially Gabriella.
