The location was ideal. The bag storage was helpful on our last day.
No linen service through the week and no wash clothes.

The location was excellent , with the ability to walk to many places and/or catch the metro. Plenty of nearby streets with restaurants. also very close to a large El Corte Ingles shop. The woman who provides breakfast was lovely and very helpful every day of our stay. Our room/apartment was very spacious and had a good small kitchen. Would be suitable ofr a family with young children
I did not like the digital reception and the absence of humans. There is no lounge or restaurant or bar. It is very impersonal.. The sofa, which was also a bed, was not comfortable and the lower cushions kept sliding off. The floor was not very clean.
