It is well located in central Madrid; even so, the hotel is in a very quiet street. The room was clean and well provided with fresh towels. Breakfast was good and ample.

The staff were particularly helpful, caring and polite and always ready to answer questions about my stay and about transport around Madrid. I don't think I could have asked for better hospitality.
Sometimes the noise of the air conditioning in my room was disturbing. But not all the time.
