The staff was exceptional.
The bathroom shower was kind of a weird design. It was really powerful which I loved but the glass side didn’t have a door so all the water from the shower splashed all over the bathroom.

The location was outstanding! And somehow it managed to be very quiet. You walk out the front door and you have dozens and dozens of restaurants at your fingertips. And it’s super close to the Plaza Mayor. Couldn’t have been better!

Location was wonderful. Plaza Major was so close. The breakfast was good but after 8:00am had to wait in line to get a seat, so mostly we ate out
The cleaning staff barely cleaned our room and never refreshed the coffee or the coffee cups. Left dirty cup in the bathroom.
