I booked a different place on Booking.com & when arrived the code provided didnt open the Apt. It was 8pm & Sterling had a opening & it was walking distance for our 2 nights. They saved our trip!

Friendly welcome, George on reception, was extremely helpful, he had the personal touch, remembering names. The room was large and even though faced the street was reasonably quiet. The bathroom was perfect and the low bath made it easy for my mum to access the shower easily. The room was a little cold but after speaking to reception they increased the temperature so all good
Bed was a little hard.

A very nice hotel! While it isn't a luxury property, it served our purpose perfectly with neat and clean rooms and a 24-hour reception. I would rate it as an excellent 3-star hotel. The location is its best feature—close to the main city center and within walking distance of key tourist attractions and shopping spots. Even with kids, it was a very comfortable, easy walk everywhere. Highly recommended!

The location was amazing! Close to all main attractions, and right in the middle of everything. The hotel was also clean and well-maintained.
The beds were extremely extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows that we were given were as flat as could be. No comforters or provided, only itchy flannel blankets. Our AC only worked a third of the time which was frustrating.
