The location is perfect, right on the corner of the main Gran Vía street. Even though it’s only a one-minute walk away, the area is still very quiet.
The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The room also has air conditioning, which was a great plus.
The only downside during our stay was that the third floor was undergoing renovations. There was some noise starting from around 9:00 AM, and afterwards there was quite a bit of dust. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.
