Although I was disappointed to find that there was no receptionist in the building, the receptionist in nearby Hotel la Victoria, connected with El Pasaje, was very helpful and the breakfast there was very good.
I would have preferred a receptionist in the building.
The room was extremely hot and the air conditioning wasn't very effective.
The signage was very poor, making it difficult to find. A large sign reading Windsor Hotel over the door was confusing; just a small notice reading El Pasaje was attached to the door. I understand changes are underway.
