Very clean hotel in a perfect location
Only complaint the lift was soooo slow otherwise for the money its a great hotel

Excellent location in the heart of the city centre. Very good breakfast with fresh ingredients and the selection changed a little each day I was there, which kept it interesting. The double room was a good size and the aircon in the room worked well despite the scorching heatwave outside.
Small/slow lift but that’s part and parcel of a charming old building. It was quite quiet in Madrid that weekend so it wasn’t a big issue.

The property do not provide air conditioning , you can’t regulated is 25 degrees !! 🤬🤬🤬🤬
The management expects customer to pay and deal with it! They don’t care!!
Meaning is the temperature is 7 degree you can’t regulated either !
Management , put a lot of excuses!!
The hotel has no lobby , there is nothing there pleasant about the entry!!
The location is excellent, a few minutes from la plaza del Sol. so it’s hectic and busy!
I open the window and I wake up sick!!
the breakfast was ok,
but there is not ventilation there and it’s super hot!!
The water pressure was excellent , very clean shower , free water and a mini bar was helpful
