Everything! The hotel was clean and rooms were a great size and comfortable. The location is fabulous right in the heart of the city. Staff were amazing and a credit to the hotel.

Good location with large room. Quiet and clean.
The breakfast was not good. Not a lot to pick from, only one person working and coffee machines down both days. Not worth 11 euro. Went for breakfast out of hotel.

hotel is an excellent location. walking distance to the royal palace and many restaurants and shops. room was nice and clean. I didn't take breakfast at the hotel. a million options to choose from at the GRAN VIA and not as pricey.
It would be nice if the hotel had some amenities, besides the 9th terrace that is only open from 3.30 to 11.00 or. due to the lack of space, a pool is out of question but maybe a gym would be doable.
