The 2 front desk staff were exceptional, friendly, very helpful, always cheerful. Rooms were good, location was great, you could easily walk to/from bus terminal
Breakfast was provided in the bakery next door and staff there were not helpful, opening late, etc.

Multiple beds in room, so family could spread out and sleep comfortably. Location was safe for walking around and multiple food options even on Sunday.
For room 1 it’s close to the lobby, so a bit loud in evening, make that door thicker? Add embroidered table runner to both sides to be pretty but muffled sounds ? Should let ppl know it’s full flight of stairs to lobby if they have heavy bags or mobility issues could be problem.

The room was clean with everything we needed . Helpful reception staff with great English .
They were really accommodating allowing me to leave a bag there whilst travelling to boquete .
Breakfast voucher for cafe was an added extra !
Aircon dripped on my partner in the night 🤣!

Central location
The photos only show 3 walls, so we were surprised to find the room only had a small (broken) window in the corner. There was a kettle but no cups, the air con was very noisy and blew directly at the bed, the wardrobe had a very unpleasant odour and the room had many long hairs on the floor and bedding. We were supposed to stay two nights but cancelled the second.
