The hotel exceeded our expectations . Its location ,the breakfast , the cleanliness ,the service and the friendliness of the staff , especially Mr Novruz at the reception , made our stay very enjoyable. Within walking distance from restaurants and puplic transport. We would definately choose it again for a vacation in the beautiful Constantinople.

The staff were very kind and friendly.
There were not enough blankets available, and despite asking several times, we were not given an extra blanket.
The hairdryer was broken, and it took a little while to get it replaced.
