After spending 16 wonderful nights with you, we wanted to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude to every member of your amazing team.
From the very first day, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness by Yagiz, who made our check-in smooth and stress-free. Thank you for taking the time to explain everything, helping us with all the necessary information, and even setting up our eSIM. Your kindness immediately made us feel at home.
A special thank you also goes to Murat, Hasbollah and Asad for your daily assistance throughout our stay. We are especially sorry for constantly bothering you for our room keys at all hours of the day and night! Yet every single time, you greeted us with a smile, patience, and genuine willingness to help. We truly appreciate your kindness.
We would also like to thank the wonderful cafeteria team. Every morning we watched you running back and forth, working tirelessly to serve everyone during the busy breakfast hours. Your hard work, efficiency, and cheerful attitude did not go unnoticed.

We enjoyed our stay very much at Pera Rose Hotel.
Rohulla and Murad reception staff were very friendly, polite, welcoming and helpful.
Suna, the cleaner on the 8th floor, was very kind and caring.
The room was clean and spacious. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Air conditioning worked fine. The bathroom also clean and spacious. Amazing and gorgeous views of Istanbul from our room.
The breakfast buffet was decent and there was plenty to choose from.
Location was excellent – Beyoglu Area, near to the hotel:
- Nice and buzzing neighbourhood, many places to eat out.
- Main shopping high street is around the corner, Istiklal Caddesi. In with either direction can walk towards Taksim Square or downhill towards the Galata Tower.
- The Tunel station is a few minutes away, which you can use to take the underground tram down the hill to Karakoy. From there you can then catch the tram on the main road to different parts of the city like Eminonu, Sultanahmet, Kabatas, etc.
Overall our stay was very pleasant, a nice and clean hotel - would recommend.
