Aunque hubo problemas al inicio sobre la comunicación de los servicios y las condiciones, el personal hizo un gran trabajo en solventar todas las situaciones y nos sentimos bien atendidos.
El hotel queda al lado de la Terminal de Transportes de Bucaramanga lo que constituye su mayor ventaja, pero fue imposible descansar porque las habitaciones no están insonorizadas y se escucha a toda hora el ruido que hacen los buses, camiones, sus alarmas de reversa e incluso sus bocinas. Esa adecuación de las habitaciones es indispensable, no opcional, teniendo en cuenta el lugar
