The reason of booking this place should not be just about the comfort of the place but the overall treatment by the host, Pankaj who went above and beyond to host you. He was proactive in making sure you arrive safely, provided all the recommendations and tips about the area and India in general, and abd we looked forward to having a chat with him over a cup of chai masala after our excursions. The room is spacious and has all the necessities needed. Pankaj provided cold drinking waters which we really appreciate given the hot weather. Wish we had more time to spend in this place but Delhi has so much to offer. The place is also a stone throw from several markets and Block M. A lot of eating places nearby which also cater to locals and tourists.

Good location, close to markets and shops. Very quiet. Good air conditioning and fans. Good shower and water pressure. Large bed.

The best place to stay in Delhi. Was a great neighbourhood to walk as a solo woman! Didn’t feel unsafe once. Pankaj, the owner, gave us so many tips and we saw more sites than we expected!!! Listen to his advice and you will have an unforgettable experience.
Rooms were super comfortable, air con was fantastic, a small fridge and kettle too and a microwave upstairs. Wifi was also great if you have to WFH, there is a desk in the room.
Highly recommend !! We stayed 4 nights and could’ve stayed longer

A quaint little hotel/homestay with everything you need: spacious room and bathroom, cooking facilities, daily fresh drinking water as much as you need. Everything spotlessly clean, all the amenities you'd need were provided, the staff polite and helpful - tea has been offered regularly. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful: he arranged airport transfers, helped with good information about what to do in Delhi and beyond. He even gave me a lift to and from restaurants. The homestay is located next to a park and within easy walking distance from dozens of restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this homestay to anyone and I'm definitely planning to come back
