The receptionist, Shree was very courteous and polite.
The staff members were very courteous and were always with a smiling face.
The washroom was clean, but the hand towel was missing.
Every time, we had to ask for the same.
The breakfast spread should contain some more continental variety.
The lift should be cleaner.
In spite of booking the hotel, a couple of months back, we didn't get a room with a good scenic beauty.

We just like the room only.
The food..!! No taste. Better hire a professional chefs in the hotel to keep your business good. Those chefs don't know how to cook. Maximum items from the menus are not available. We stayed for 4 Nights there whenever we call them for the food they say this items are not available. Even a momos we didn't get from this hotel. They are serving fried chicken in all the dishes. Even in the thukpa. Such an horrible food in the Central Heritage. One more thing I order chicken briyani in the first day it's was good enough but the was raw from the inside.
