The staff are very kind and the room service and breakfast was exceptional. This hotel is a very family friendly and rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable!!!!!
There is an elevator but it doesn’t work properly and the stairs can be hard on people with mobility problems

Lovely clean property, rooms impeccably serviced daily, crisp while linen, great rain shower, nicely scented toiletries, fridge in room with water replaced daily, air conditioned room -a perfect respite after a day spent city sightseeing, nice breakfast selection. Property also well serviced by buses 8 & H into city centre, very frequent service and bus stop right beside Villa Zaccardi. Great value for money.Lively tapas and coffee bar right next door to Villa Zaccardi, with lovely outdoor seating and a chilled vibe. Restaurants in Villa Z looked lovely and seemed to have a nice menu, unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy it on this occasion.
