The location is amazing - close to some of the best restaurants in Venice (not too expensive either) and a handy supermarket (Coop) 3 mins walk away. There is also a lovely breakfast cafe/bakery nearby and a fresh fruit market.
The air conditioning was only in the hall and as we were there during peak heat in August it was not powerful enough to cool down the whole flat. The back bedroom could not be used due to the temperature in there. However, there were good fans provided which were greatly appreciated and we managed by changing the living room into a bedroom for our children using the sofa bed.

We booked two apartments for two families with children. Apartment 1785 was modern, renovated, and nicely designed. Apartment 2222, although older, was warmer and more comfortable in terms of heating.
We initially thought that the two apartments would be in the same building, but it was not clearly stated in the listing that they are located in completely different neighborhoods. This was inconvenient for us.
Apartment 1785 had a significant issue with heating.
The apartment was very cold, and the thermostat was placed inside a closet, which made it difficult to regulate the temperature properly.
We asked the owner to increase the heating; it was raised by one degree, but it was still not sufficient.
Additionally, the mattresses were not very comfortable, and the towels had a strong unpleasant smell, similar to mold. Although there were electrical appliances available, there was no toaster, which we consider a basic amenity.
There were also many tiring stairs in both apartments; especially in apartment 2222, the stairs were very narrow and steep, which was quite inconvenient.
We also did not like the fact that the booking was non-refundable, and overall we felt that the price was high compared to the amenities and services provided.
