We liked the view from our room over the pool and we could also see the sea. The pool area was clean. The food was fine, typically Bulgarian cuisine, which we liked. The staff were helpful and pleasant, especially Meto the pool barman 👍🏻
There was only one lift BUT it was quick and didn’t have to wait too long.

We are mother and adult daughter.
Our double room was perfectly acceptable but we decided to upgrade to spacious apartment with large terrace and amazing sea view.. It was so worth it.
The hotel is in a Perfect location, close to beach and amenities, our cleaner was fantastic, all staff helpful and friendly.
The hotel was slightly outdated (orange everywhere lol) but we found it clean and acceptable.
Can't understand some of the bad reviews, our room was spotless, no bugs, when eating finished plates were removed quickly, the pool was lovely with the area cleaned every night.
Food was basic but OK, could always find something to eat.
The changing of the lift could be a bit of a pain at busy times but you're on holiday what's the rush??
For the price we were happy with our stay.
Not really the hotels fault but people would reserve their sunbed with a towel leave them on overnight and not use the beds!, once we saw sunbeds with towels on them unused for 3 days! leaving it difficult to find a spare sunbed.
Also again not hotels fault but people's greed with the food.. Plates piled up with food and then left. Snack time was a nightmare I saw children with 6 ice creams and not eating them all! I gave up with snack time.. Got myself a lovely ice cream from beach for 2 euros.

Good location, good food with limited variety, good salads, good bar, drinks, snacks. You should buy your mineral water. Public transit buses are 7 min. walking distance.
WiFi was not working most of the time. The Jacuzzi was not clean. The bathroom with the shower was small, clean but smelly. Small elevators with transfer to the floors above 6.
