Exceptional

Atlant was like an oasis after a long trip across Bulgaria. Perfect facilities, good food and both sophisticated and relaxed. Loved spending time at the pool. Easy to find. New markets and cafes opening just across the street.

Good

The hotel is clean and cosy the staff at reception and in the restaurant is amazing. Location is spot on, and the rooms and flats and clean and spacious. The swimming pool is nice and peaceful at most times.

We were shocked when one of the ladies from housekeeping sweared and kicked off at us on leaving on checking out shouted after us that have to clean and that there were coffee cups from in our room due to be returned to the restaurant ( we were told by the restaurant staff that the housekeeping collects that cups afterwards and it is not an issue to leave them there) we checked within the announced times on our booking though the lady from housekeeping was adamant she needed us to leave earlier so she could have enough time to clean. The attitude was appalling , she shouted at us is a vile and abusive manner, getting our children upset. I do believe the attitude of the housekeeping staff towards the guests needs serious attention by the management.

Large balcony room with comfortable bedding

Large balcony room with comfortable bedding. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Large, room darkening curtains. Near the mineral hot water pool at the end of the town. Breakfast was ok, fair selection.

Clogged toilet and tv was not working properly. The curtains didn't block out the light on the sides so the room was light at daybreak.

Must stay here

Second time this year we go here, had the best time. Great place for relaxing, clean rooms, warm pool! We also had our dog with us, a golden retriever, and he was loved and spoiled by all staff!

A bit misled by the booking photos

Good breakfast, for Bulgarian standards at least. Plenty of options and different from each day. Coffee is instant one... Not really great. On the good side, the pool is nice and for our stay was not busy at all.

The bed makes noises when moving from one side to the other, not that great. We had HB and I strongly recommend against it. The first day we were told the menu directly, with no options. The second day we had to choose from two different options, we chose the salad&schnitzel, a big mistake. The schnitzel was some type of minced meat(unidentified) in a panada and fried in a ton of oil. We sent it back and left, it was raw in the middle. It's clear that the HB option is wrong, because the food a la carte looked ok. So please avoid having dinner prepaid.
