The whole place is amazing, the location, the design, the nature around. Comfortable feature to have a parking spot reserved. I loved that there was a duvet and a duvet cover because our night was a chill one and I hate sleeping with just a sheet.
There was some mold in the bathroom - worth checking and cleaning it. No slippers for guests and the lack of balcony was a slight con but nothing significant.

The rooms were well kept and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly, exceptional service on their behalf. Also there is an amazing bar with a gorgeous sea view on the premise.
The room we stayed in was very small and kind of claustrophobic. There were mosquito nets on only one of the windows in the room. The hotel is in a kind of a secluded part of the sea garden and the city center is far from walking distance-one should either drive or get a taxi to reach it.

The location is very good if you want to visit the dolphinarium and the zoo and don’t want to drive around the city. The hotel is located in the sea garden and there is a lot of great green spaces around. The reception staff was polite and welcoming. There is a kids playground right next to the property and the complex has its own restaurant(s) and a bar. Free parking close by.
The rooms were extremely small. The building has been renovated and the idea/design were good, however the photos in booking look way better than the reality. We expected more. The common areas were not very well maintained right infront of the reception. Although the restaurants were nice, I think they were a bit overpriced for the quality they serve - one exception was the dinner service at “Veranda” restaurant. There are not so many alternative options for food close by. The price for a room of this size is quite high, and on top of that the breakfast is actually paid separately- I think it needs to be included. If you want to go to the city centre it takes a good 30min walk or alternatively you need to drive/take public transport.
