Розташування дуже добре:10 хвилин вiд пляжу, 15 хвилин вiд зупинки Републiка (кінцева зупинка автобусу 409, який їде до аеропорту Варна).Пані Марія-господарка гостьового будинку, дуже привітна та приємна жіночка, готова завжди допомогти. Було чистенько в номері, балкон із стільцями та невеличким столиком, з балкону можна побачити море. Мені сподобалося, що було тихо та можна було добре відпочити вночі. Була кухня, можна було щось приготувати. Багато квітів та зелені, це було дуже приємно. Поблизу (за 2 хвилини) був магазин, де можна купити все необхідне: продукти, деякі овочі чи фрукти, миючі, дрібниці тощо та рибний ресторан. Мені було дуже затишно в цьому помешканні ,я дуже добре відпочила. Дякую пані Марі.

Номер хороший , уютная терраса . Было куда припарковать машину. Красивая природа , хозяйка приветливая !

Много лестниц как в самом отеле так и до пляжа , для людей в возрасте или с проблемными ногами . Для молодых все подходит . Добавить бы посуду побольше для пользования , и подключить бы русские каналы телевидения.

Good price-quality ratio. The place is quiet and far from noisy places. Comfortable bed, air-conditioned room, I slept very tight. There is a supermarket near the hotel. I was accommodated a little after 00:00 h. , thanks to the owner (or the lady that manages everything in the hotel). There is a room for improvement when it comes to the cleanliness and the facilities. They'd better make sure there are no centipedes on the walls of the corridors and the stairs at least. However, giving the low price during the summer season, the place is quite acceptable.

I called the hotel in order to discuss my time of arrival. The lady wanted to discourage me from using Booking to make my reservation in a very rude way. Instead she wanted me to book a room by phone. She obviously neglected the fact that I was a Genius user (and the discounts I could use). Moreover, I was about to arrive in an unknown hotel after midnight, there was thunderstorm and heavy rain, so I wanted to have a real reservation, not just a promise made during a phone call. When I arrived, she made me pay the whole amount immediately (at 00:30) and I didn't receive a receipt. Due to personal reasons I had to leave after the second night of my stay, so I asked if I could get my money back for the other two nights. The lady told me it's not possible for Booking reservations (possible only for phone call reservations). Customer service of Booking told me the exact opposite of what she stated. They only needed a confirmation from the hotel. Booking connected with the owners by e-mail in Russian/Bulgarian as nobody from the hotel staff spoke English. Eventually I got my money back (thanks to Booking) with no explanation or excuse for the improper behaviour the day before. There is no wi-fi in the property, the Riviera beach is 1 km. away (not 200 m.), the nearest beach (Trifon Zarezan) is inaccessible due to landslide. Bus stops of the public transport are 1 km. away, there is no lift in the hotel. Last but not least, I stress on the fact that the staff DOES NOT speak English. During my whole stay I didn't notice a simple act of kindness and hospitality.
